1.1 When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it:
(ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buying it and complete the check-out payment process.

1.2 Depending on the product, any order will require 5 to 6 hours or one full day of prep time. For example, sweets or empanadas will require one day. Please place your orders one day in advance for sweets and empanadas or 5 to 6 hours ahead for pizzas. Orders placed past 5:00 PM will be ready for pick-up/delivery the next day. Please specify the time you would like the order ready in the extra instructions at checkout.

1.3 The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

2. Minimum Purchase. We accept orders for delivery with a minimum of $30.00 and above.

3. Picking up your Order. When you place your order, you will be notified when the order is ready for pick up within the order window and prep time. Your order will be processed, packed, and ready for pickup during that time frame. When you arrive, follow the directions for the pickup area. Call to notify Mapa Sur at (626) 510-2172 and that you have arrived at the Pick-up area. Pick-up Area is at the curb of the location, and one of our associates will then bring your order to your vehicle. You must present your government-issued ID and the payment card used for your order unless already paid through our website. If possible, please have a secondary credit card with you in case your original payment method was rejected.

4. Home Delivery. We offer home delivery for a fee, depending on your location. Delivery requires a minimum order of $30.00, regardless of location. We will select and pack your order and deliver it to your designated delivery address.

5.1 We may, without prior notice, change the Services, stop providing the Services or any features of the Services we offer, or create limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or for no reason.

5.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically.
